Shipping Policy
Please note that all orders will have a 1-2 day processing time prior to being shipped. This does not include products which are made to order that have a production time of up to 6 days. Items that are made to order will be clearly indicated in the description. After receiving your order a confirmation email will be sent, followed by a despatch notification email once processed.
Please also be aware that COVID-19 is still causing delays in some countries and despite my best efforts I can only update a customer with the same tracking information made available in your order details. The postal service used for both Domestic and International orders is Royal Mail Recorded, who aim to deliver within 1 - 5 business days depending on whether you have opted for 1st or 2nd class service in the UK.
If overseas in Europe shipping time is estimated between 5-7 business days.
For the United states and the rest of the world shipping time is estimated at 7-9 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of the items receipt. However, items that have been made to order cannot be returned. For normal stock either an exchange or full refund can be offered. The customer pays postage on its return and if outside of the UK will need to pay postage for the newly exchanged items despatch.
